What should I expect when I come in for a massage therapy on the first visit
-Massage therapist will welcome you to Body Puzzle.
-Therapist will give you a health intake, consent form and price list for service.
-After all forms have been filled out, the therapist will go over it with you to see if you are able to have a massage.
Do I have to take off my clothes?
Yes or no... Each client has a comfort level. No client will be exposed and feel uncomfortable during or after the massage session. The Therapist will show you a draping procedure with the sheet before the massage. We have hospital gowns for you. The therapist is not here to make you feel uncomfortable. Remember if you feel uncomfotable at any time please don't hesitate to let your therapist know.
How can I pay for my massage service?
Body puzzle is only accepting cash or $cash app for service render at this time. You will get a recepit.
Can Body Puzzle office charge my insurance company?
No, Body Puzzle is not set-up to charge your insurance company.
Can Body Puzzle accept orders for massage therapy from a doctor?
Yes, Body Puzzle can receive orders from your doctor for massage therapy and the massage therapist can send a progress note to your doctor. The client must sign a consent form first before releasing their record.
Can IÂ refer my family and friends to Body Puzzle?
Yes, Body Puzzle accepts new and returning clients.
Does Body puzzle have a handicap ramp?
Yes, There is a ramp at the left entrance.
Is the massage therapist licensed?
Yes, The massage therapist is licensed with the N.C massage state board.
